Hit the Gold!

Hit the Gold! by 3 Oaks Gaming is a 5x3, 25-payline slot released in June 2021 and set in a gold mine. The game pairs a prospector Wild with a dog companion, while the reel set includes standard card symbols and mining-themed icons such as a pickaxe, gold pan, and sack of gold. Players can use the demo version to play for free and review the core mechanics before playing for real money.

The main bonus is the Hold & Win feature, which starts after six golden nugget Bonus symbols land. It opens with three respins, keeps triggering symbols locked in place, and resets the counter when new symbols arrive. During the bonus, fixed-value symbols may award Mini, Minor, and Major jackpots, while Mystery symbols can reveal jackpot values. Filling the screen can lead to the Grand Jackpot worth up to x2,000 the stake.

The slot also includes Free Spins, triggered by three Scatter symbols on reels 2, 3, and 4. Eight free spins are awarded initially, with eight more available on a retrigger, and only selected high-paying symbols can appear in the feature. With its bright mine setting and jackpot-led design, the game gives players a clear structure to practice before playing for real money.
