Valley of Ra is a 5-reel, 3-row video slot from Novomatic, released in 2014 with 20 fixed paylines. The game uses an ancient Egyptian theme with symbols including Ra, Pharaoh's Crown, Ankh, Scarab beetle, Sphinx, Pyramid, and Golden Eye, while low-value symbols are shown as letters A to E and numbers 1 to 5. Players can select 5, 10, 15, or all 20 active lines.
The Ra symbol works as the wild and replaces other symbols except the scatter. Pyramid acts as the scatter and triggers the free spins feature when three or more appear anywhere on the reels, awarding 10 free spins. During this round, winning combinations receive a progressive multiplier that can rise to 5x. The game also includes the Ra’s Quest bonus round, activated by Ra on the third reel in one of four special positions, where a mini-game reveals hidden credits.
With a 96.20% RTP and medium volatility, Valley of Ra offers a betting range from €0.10 to €5.00 per spin. This demo version is available to play for free and can be used to practice before playing for real money. The presentation includes Egyptian-themed audio effects such as wind, temple bells, and a lion’s roar.
