Dr Feelgood is a 5x3 slot with 25 paylines and very high volatility. The game has two available RTP settings, 93% and 96%, and a maximum multiplier of x2,013. In the demo version, players can play for free and practice before playing for real money while reviewing the base game layout and payline structure.
The main feature centres on scatters and respins. Scatters on reels 1 and 5 trigger three respins, with those reels locked during the bonus round. Only scatter symbols pay during respins, while wilds on reels 2, 3 and 4 can substitute for scatter and pay x2 when part of a winning combination. Any wild or scatter appearing on the centre reels resets the respin count to three.
Additional functions include SuperBet, Buy Feature, Feature Multiplier, Bonus Free Spins, Jackpot Race and WinReplay. Dr Feelgood is listed with support for multiple currencies and languages, making the slot accessible across different markets where regulation allows.
