Hounds of Hell is a 5-reel online slot from Hacksaw Gaming with a high-volatility structure and an RTP of 94.16%. The game uses a bet range of 0.2 to 100 and centres on Hellhound symbols that carry cash prize multipliers, which are collected and then applied to the stake to determine the final win. Players can use the demo version to play for free and practise before playing for real money.
The main mechanic is built around Hellhounds that spread to the top of their reel and build multipliers above the grid. Two Hellhound types are featured: adding symbols and multiplying symbols. Adjacent Hellhounds on the same row can form Roaring Packs, increasing their possible multiplier values, while the Hounds are Loose feature removes low-paying symbols and drops in new ones, raising the chance of further Hellhound landings.
Free spins are triggered by scatter symbols through the WHAT THE HELL! and WHO LET THE HOUNDS OUT?!? bonus rounds, each starting with 10 free spins. The bonus gamble adds another choice before entry, with up to three Hellfire Orbs offering extra spins or a bonus upgrade. In the upgraded bonus, activated Hell Reels keep Hellhounds landing on selected reels until the round ends.
