Trial of Phoenix is a phoenix-themed video slot from Jili Games with a six-reel, three-row layout and a ways-based system that can expand from 729 to 4,096 and then 15,625 ways. The game uses gemstone icons, card ranks and phoenix symbols, with Scatter symbols shown as the trigger for the bonus feature.
The free version is available as a demo version, allowing players to play for free and practice before playing for real money. During free games, a winning symbol can be randomly upgraded to a higher-paying symbol, while non-winning symbols are removed and new symbols drop into place, creating a cascading effect that can extend a winning sequence.
Visuals centre on flames, rebirth imagery and a phoenix rising theme. The interface shown includes bet controls, turbo spin, autoplay and a bonus purchase option, while the round summaries display wins and the number of free games remaining.
