Primal Bet Rockways by Mascot Gaming is a dinosaur-themed slot built around a six-reel, six-row ways format. The number of pay ways changes on each spin, ranging from 64 to 46,656. Symbols include dinosaur characters, gemstone-style low-value icons, a Wild symbol, and a Scatter symbol.
The main mechanic is Rockfall, where winning symbols disappear and new ones drop into place, creating consecutive wins. Each successive Rockfall increases the multiplier, up to x5 in the base game and x10 in Free Spins. Five Scatters trigger 15 Free Spins, with extra Scatters adding more spins. During Free Spins, Wild symbols expand into Wild Reels and can form multiple combinations.
A demo version is available to play for free, which allows users to examine the Rockfall system, Free Spins, and Risk & Buy options before playing for real money. The game has high volatility and an RTP of 95.27%.
