Dark King: Forbidden Riches is a 5-reel, 3-row video slot from NetEnt with 20 fixed paylines and a dark-fantasy theme. The game runs at 96.06% RTP and is rated medium-high volatility. Players can use the demo version to play for free and practice before playing for real money.
The main features include Wild symbols, a Wild Multiplier, and Sticky Wild Hotspots on reels 2, 3 and 4. When a Wild lands in this cross-shaped area, it becomes a Sticky Wild symbol and stays in place during Free Spins. Each Sticky Wild can add one extra free spin, while the total Wild Multiplier during the feature can range from x1 to x5, based on the number of Wild and Sticky Wild symbols on the reels.
Free Spins are triggered by three or more Scatter symbols in the base game. The slot uses a gothic visual style with card ranks from 10 to A, along with fantasy symbols such as an undead king, a dragon, an armored monster, and glowing magical objects. The layout is designed for clear play, with win, bet and balance information shown alongside the spin controls.
