Book Of Itza is a 5-reel, 4-row slot from Wizard Games set around the Maya civilisation of Central and South America. The game uses 1,024 ways to win, with a high-volatility structure and a betting range from 0.1 to 50. The RTP is listed at 94.14%.
The mechanics centre on Wild symbols and Locked Frames. When a Wild lands, it adds a Locked Frame to that position. If a full reel fills with Locked Frames, it becomes a Sticky Expanded Wild reel and triggers 3 Sticky Expanded Wild respins. Scatter symbols can activate the free spins feature, where Sticky Expanded Wild respins and multipliers are included.
The demo version is available for players who want to play for free and practice before playing for real money. It provides a way to study the slot’s bonus rounds, reel expansion features and scatter-triggered free spins without using a stake.
