Sugar Storm by Wizard Games is a 7x7 video slot with a sweets and candies theme, built around group wins rather than fixed paylines. Winning combinations form when five or more matching symbols touch vertically or horizontally. The tumbling tiles mechanic then removes winning symbols and drops new ones into place, allowing consecutive wins from a single spin.
The Burst feature adds another layer to the game. When symbols burst, they mark positions on the grid, and new combinations landing in those spots can receive multipliers that double after each consecutive burst. Players can trigger up to 30 free spins with 3 or more scatter symbols, with burst-marked positions staying active throughout the bonus round. An additional 30 free spins can also be retriggered.
For those who want to test the rules first, the demo version lets players play for free and practice before playing for real money. Sugar Storm was released in December 2024, offers a low-volatility format, a bet range from €0.20 to €32.00, and a maximum win of up to 15,000x the stake.
