Royal Lotus is a jackpot slot from Platipus released in October 2020. Set in an Ancient China theme, it uses five reels and a ways-to-win structure, with medium volatility shaping the pace of play. The game is built around the search for Golden Lotus symbols, treasure boxes and bonus features tied to free spins and jackpot wins.
The main symbols include WILD, SCATTER and BONUS icons, each linked to different parts of the game flow. Collecting five treasure boxes on the reels can trigger free spins, while landing three or more Golden Lotus symbols can award a jackpot. Players can use the demo version to play for free and practice before playing for real money.
The visual theme follows an oriental palace setting, with the story centred on a hidden valley and a princess living there. As a slot game, Royal Lotus combines standard reel play with feature symbols and bonus rounds, making it easy to review the mechanics before starting with stakes in the paid version.
