Sabaton

Sabaton is a 5-reel, 10-payline video slot from Play’n GO, released in May 2019 in partnership with the Swedish power-metal band Sabaton. The game uses band imagery and music from the catalogue, with Joakim Brodén acting as the Wild symbol, while the Sabaton logo serves as the Scatter.

The main bonus is Battalion Spins, which starts when 9 Scatters land and awards 7 free spins. During this feature, a random symbol can become stacked, reels 2 to 4 are linked, and Wild or HP symbols may turn into Mega Symbols. If 9 Scatters appear again, the free spins can be retriggered. A separate Mystery Symbol feature can activate when 3 to 8 Scatters land, converting Scatters into a random symbol to form more winning combinations.

In the base game, Metal Stacks can place one non-Scatter symbol as a stacked symbol on the reel strip, while Chained Reels can link two or three adjacent reels.
