Hot Pepper™ by Pragmatic Play is a video slot set on a 7x7 grid with a cluster pays format, where wins come from five or more matching symbols connected horizontally or vertically. The game uses tumbling symbols, so winning clusters disappear and new icons drop into place for another possible win in the same round. The RTP is 95.02%, and the slot is described as high volatility.
The reel set includes lime slices, tacos, hearts, stylised card suits, a sombrero-wearing character and other themed symbols tied to a Southwestern desert design. A Bonus symbol is part of the feature set, with collected Bonus hits feeding a meter during tumble sequences. Wild symbols can be left behind after winning clusters explode, and they substitute for most symbols while also contributing to a level-based multiplier system.
A demo version is available near the launcher, allowing players to play for free and practice before playing for real money. The game also includes a Buy Free Spins option, Autoplay, and a Level Up panel that tracks progression through the multiplier feature.
