New Year Rising by RubyPlay is a 5-reel, 4-row slot with 50 paylines and a medium-high volatility profile. The game carries an RTP of 96.46% and a maximum win of 2,000x, with bets ranging from 0.5 to 50. The festive theme draws on Chinese New Year traditions, including red envelopes, flowers and firecrackers.
The main feature is Jackpot Mania Rising, which activates when four or more coin symbols land. The feature adds up to four locked rows and gives three respins, with each new coin resetting the count. As more coins appear, additional rows can unlock and may award jackpots. Three or more scatter symbols trigger free games, where every coin symbol awards its prize.
This demo version lets players play for free and practice before playing for real money. It provides a chance to test the coin collection feature, respins and free spins round without placing stakes.
