Codex by Vibra Gaming is a 5-reel slot with 20 fixed paylines, 95.02% RTP and high volatility. The game uses a 5x3 layout and has a maximum win of 3,047 times the bet. In this demo version, players can play for free and practice before playing for real money while learning how the features work.
The slot includes the Invention Combo, where three invention symbols can raise line wins with x4, x5 or x6 multipliers. Free Spins are triggered by 3, 4 or 5 scatter symbols, awarding 7, 10 or 12 spins with unlimited retriggers. During the bonus round, sticky wilds may appear and remain in place, increasing the chance of matching combinations across the reels.
A second feature, Vault Trail Bonus, starts on reels 2 and 4 and asks players to decrypt a combination across five reels. Each reel can be spun once, with the option to cash out or buy another chance using winnings if the attempt fails. Codex also includes a random progressive jackpot version in some releases.
