Vikings Go Berzerk is a 5-reel, 4-row video slot from Yggdrasil Gaming with 25 paylines running from left to right. The game uses Viking and Coin symbols, with wins formed by three or more matching symbols on a payline. It has an RTP of 96.1% and medium-high volatility.
The main feature is the Rage metre system. When a Viking wins in the base game, that character’s meter fills; once full, Free Spins are triggered and that Viking enters Berzerk Mode as a sticky wild until the feature ends. A random pre-free spin bonus can also award Ragnarök Free Spins, placing all four Vikings into Berzerk Mode. A Golden Treasure Chest may appear on reel five and can deliver larger bonus rewards than the standard chest.
This review is designed for the demo version, where players can play for free and practice before playing for real money. The slot was released in November 2016, is mobile optimised, and lists a maximum win of €93,910.
