Captain Nelson Deluxe is a 5-reel video slot from Zeus Play with 10 fixed paylines and a 3-row layout. The game uses a nautical theme, with ship, compass, ship wheel and character symbols arranged across a maritime-style reel set. The stated return to player is 95.05%.
The wild symbol is Captain Nelson, substituting for regular symbols and paying up to 5,000 times the line bet. Scatter wins are paid separately, and a wild appearing with scatter symbols doubles the scatter win. Card symbols such as J, Q, K and A form the lower-value combinations, while the higher-value nautical symbols can pay up to 2,000 times.
Three ship symbols trigger 10 free spins, with the feature offering a bonus value of 10 times the total bet. Ship symbols can retrigger the round, and during free spins they substitute for all symbols except scatter and wild. The demo version allows players to play for free and practice before playing for real money.
