Hexwood enters a haunted forest where the reels themselves refuse to stay still. Its 5-reel, 20-payline setup is built around Nudging Mystery Symbols that can reveal regular winning symbols or open the Golden Bonus, while Free Games keep those moving symbols in focus and increase a progressive win multiplier with every spin. Nudging Mystery Symbols Keep the Reels Moving

The distinctive symbol in Hexwood is the glowing Nudging Mystery Symbol. When Mystery Symbols reveal their contents, all of them show the same result. That result can be a regular win-line symbol or the special Golden Bonus.

Their role does not necessarily finish with the reveal. As long as at least one Nudging Symbol remains visible within the top three rows, each corresponding reel is nudged one position down on the following spin. This creates a persistent reel movement where Mystery Symbols can stay involved across consecutive rounds rather than functioning as a single-spin reveal.

Hexwood Nudging Symbols

The Golden Bonus is one of the special outcomes hidden behind the Mystery Symbols. Its possible reveals include coin rewards shown at 1x, 10x, 250x and 2,500x, along with the Scatter used to access Free Games. The game's feature overview highlights prizes of up to 2,500x from this part of the feature set.

Free Games Turn Nudges into a Progressive Multiplier

Landing three Scatter symbols triggers the Free Games feature. Additional Scatters can nudge reels carrying Mystery Symbols upward at the beginning of the feature, putting those symbols back into play.

The unusual part is how the feature continues. Free Games remain active as long as at least one Nudging Symbol is still visible. A Scatter appearing during the feature nudges every reel that contains at least one visible Nudging Symbol one position upward on the next spin.

Card Gamble lets the player risk the win by choosing whether the next card will be red or black, with a 50% probability of choosing correctly. Ladder Gamble instead moves the stake through displayed win levels, with the probability of moving higher or lower depending on the current position on the ladder.

Partial Collect allows part of an interim win to be booked while the remainder stays in the gamble feature, while Full Collect transfers the entire interim win to the credit balance.
