Endorphina MooFo Review: Lucky Time and Bonus Games

Released by Endorphina on July 9, 2026, MooFo blends a humorous farm setting with playful sci-fi elements, replacing traditional bonus triggers with three UFOs hovering above the reels. The developer describes it as “a sci-fi bullseye,” combining classic slot mechanics with random feature activations inspired by alien visitors.

Instead of relying on a single bonus mechanic, MooFo lets three different UFOs randomly trigger Free Games, a Pick Me bonus, or a Hold and Win feature. Add collectible TOKEN symbols, the classic Endorphina Risk Game, and a high 96.05% RTP, and the result is a slot that focuses on variety rather than a single headline feature.

MooFo at a Glance

With high volatility, a 96.05% RTP and 30 fixed paylines, MooFo combines several bonus mechanics within a traditional 5×3 layout. Rather than focusing on expanding reels or progressive multipliers, the game builds its gameplay around randomly triggered bonus features.

How the Lucky Time Bonus System Works in MooFo

MooFo base game with three UFO bonus games

The Lucky Time feature sits at the centre of MooFo’s gameplay. Three UFOs hover above the reels, each linked to a different coloured TOKEN Cow and its own bonus game. Whenever a TOKEN Cow appears, it may randomly activate the corresponding UFO, giving players access to one of the slot’s three bonus features.

Three UFOs, Three Bonus Games

Rather than relying on a single bonus trigger, MooFo assigns each UFO its own feature:

• Green UFO — UFO Games (24 Free Games)
• Red UFO — Milk ’Em Pick Me Bonus
• Purple UFO — Moo Hold Hold and Win

TOKEN Cows Trigger the Action

Green, Red and Purple TOKEN Cows appear over regular reel symbols instead of replacing them. Once collected, each TOKEN Cow has a chance to activate the matching UFO above the reels. Although several TOKEN Cows may appear during the same spin, only one corresponding bonus feature can be triggered. After the TOKEN Cow flies away, the original symbol underneath is revealed and can still complete winning combinations.

MooFo Bonus Games

Every UFO unlocks a different bonus feature, each with its own objective and reward structure. While all three are activated through the Lucky Time system, they offer very different gameplay once triggered.

MooFo Hold and Win bonus game

UFO Games

Landing the Green UFO awards 24 Free Games played at the triggering bet. The Lucky Time feature remains active throughout the bonus, allowing both Milk ’Em and Moo Hold to trigger during Free Games. If UFO Games are activated again, another 24 Free Games are added.

Milk ’Em Pick Me

The Red UFO launches a pick-style bonus where players choose from 20 milk cans hiding cash prizes and Award symbols. Every revealed cash prize is collected immediately, while finding three matching Award symbols ends the feature and awards one of four fixed bonus prizes, with the highest reaching 500× the bet.

Moo Hold

The Purple UFO triggers Moo Hold, a Hold and Win feature that begins with five locked BONUS symbols. New BONUS symbols remain on the reels and reset the respin counter, giving players more chances to fill the grid. Completing all 15 positions awards the Ultra Jackpot worth 1,000× the bet.

Additional Features in MooFo

The Wild substitutes for every regular paying symbol except BONUS and TOKEN symbols, helping complete winning combinations across the game’s 30 fixed paylines.

MooFo Risk Game gamble feature

After any winning spin, players can enter Endorphina’s classic Risk Game to try doubling their winnings. A selected card must outrank the dealer’s card to continue, while players can collect their winnings after any successful round. The feature allows up to 10 consecutive doubles, although choosing a lower card ends the gamble immediately.

Final Thoughts on MooFo

MooFo stands out by connecting three completely different bonus games through its Lucky Time system rather than relying on a single headline feature. UFO Games, Milk ‘Em and Moo Hold each offer a different style of gameplay, while TOKEN Cows and randomly activated UFOs keep every session unpredictable. Combined with a 96.05% RTP and Endorphina’s classic Risk Game, MooFo delivers a light-hearted slot that focuses on bonus variety instead of complex reel mechanics.
