Tower Run Treasure Steps: upcoming slot by Play’n GO
Tower Run Treasure Steps sends an unlikely would-be knight named Bob into a towering monument of dark magic where common sense appears to have been left at the entrance. Behind its torch-lit corridors, resident monsters and questionable architecture, the 5x5 Grid Slot builds its adventure around cascading wins, a three-stage Win-O-Meter and a Treasure Room waiting at the top.

Cascades Charge the Win-O-Meter of Destiny
Tower Run Treasure Steps has no paylines. Instead, six or more matching Monster symbols or seven or more matching Royal symbols can form a win anywhere on the 5x5 grid. Winning symbols disappear, new symbols fall into their places and the cascade continues for as long as another win forms. Wilds substitute for regular paying symbols.
Every win during a spin adds one charge to the Win-O-Meter of Destiny, which can reach three escalating stages. At three charges, Wild Rift activates after the current win clears and places 1–4 Wilds into empty positions before the grid checks for another cascade.
At six charges, the Dimensional Multiplier adds another 1–4 Wilds and applies a global x2, x3, x4 or x5 multiplier to every win in the following cascading sequence. If the meter jumps directly to this stage without first triggering Wild Rift, 2–8 Wilds are added instead.
The third stage waits at nine charges. Once the final cascade settles, the doors to the Treasure Room open. The meter then resets when the next spin begins.
The Treasure Room Turns the Climb into Hold & Spin
The Treasure Room begins on an empty 5x5 Hold & Spin grid with three lives. Coins are sticky and carry prizes worth x1–x5 the base bet, while sticky Mimic Chests hide considerably larger prizes ranging from x10 to x5,000.
Each Mimic lands closed with a countdown of 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12. Its counter decreases by one at the start of every respin, and reaching zero opens the chest to reveal its prize.
Keys offer another way to open the chests. Landing a Key can unlock one random closed Mimic immediately, but Keys themselves are not sticky and disappear whether or not a closed Mimic is available.
Landing a Coin, Mimic or Key restores all three lives, and opening a Mimic also resets the lives. The feature finishes when no lives remain or when all 25 positions have been filled with sticky symbols.
Bob Keeps Climbing Between Spins
The tower itself continues progressing independently of the individual grid results through Bob’s Ascent. Every spin moves Bob 1–6 steps along a persistent path above the reels, and every 18 steps he encounters a Monster.
Each encounter awards an instant prize of x0.2, x0.5, x1, x2, x3, x4, x5 or x10 the base bet before the reel symbols are evaluated.
Bob’s position is saved separately for every bet level. Changing the bet loads the corresponding climb, while returning to an earlier bet restores Bob to the exact position he previously reached there.
GO ULTRA Strengthens Both the Grid and Treasure Room
Activating GO ULTRA applies a permanent x2 global multiplier to base-game grid wins. When the Dimensional Multiplier reaches its stage, that value becomes a fixed x5 for the following cascading sequence before returning to x2.
GO ULTRA also changes the Treasure Room by starting the feature with four lives instead of three. Every reset during the feature restores all four lives.
The permanent base-game x2 does not affect Bob’s Ascent prizes, while Cash prizes and feature rewards continue to be calculated from the base bet.
One Reckless Climb Toward the Treasure at the Top
Tower Run Treasure Steps turns Bob’s questionable decision to climb a monster-filled tower into a feature structure that keeps pushing upward with him. Cascades charge increasingly powerful effects below the tower, Bob steadily advances above the reels, and reaching the Treasure Room shifts the adventure into a slower hunt for Coins, Keys and Mimics.
The result fits the game’s own joke rather well: the treasure may be waiting at the top, but common sense clearly stayed somewhere near the bottom.
