The game uses a high-fantasy setting built around the Swordsman and Shieldmaiden, with wins paid left to right and right to left. The main mechanics centre on Wild conversion. When the Shieldmaiden lands, a horizontal beam turns symbols into Wilds, while the Swordsman sends a vertical beam across the reels.
