Tahiti Gold by ELK Studios is a video slot with a Polynesian theme and a six-reel, four-row grid. The game uses a ways system rather than fixed paylines, starting at 4,096 ways to win and expanding during avalanche sequences to as many as 262,144 ways. Symbols can appear in larger formats, including 2x2, 3x3 and 4x4 blocks, which take up multiple positions on the grid.
The feature set includes Wild symbols, Wild Forge, Eye of Tiki and Free Drops bonus rounds. Winning symbols explode and are replaced by new drops, creating chain reactions. Wild Forge locks in place on reels 3 to 6 and fills open spaces beneath it with Wilds. Two Eye of Tiki symbols can clear symbols between them and add a row, while three or more Bonus symbols trigger Free Drops with 10, 15, 20 or 25 extra drops depending on the count.
This demo version lets players play for free and practice before playing for real money. The slot is listed with 96.1% RTP and high volatility, with bets from 0.20 to 100. The design uses tropical imagery, tiki masks, volcanic symbols and carved stone motifs throughout the reels.
