Tropicool 2 by ELK Studios is a 6-reel slot built around a tropical beach setting with Belle the flamingo, Emerson the toucan, and Elmo the sloth. The game uses a triple cool reel feature, with special symbols such as Wilds, Locked Wilds, Mystery Symbols and Row Swap icons dropping into the grid when space opens. Symbols can expand vertically across their column, adding to the way the reels develop during play.
One of the main mechanics is Elmo Respins, where Elmo moves from left to right through the grid and triggers respins. During this sequence, bird symbols that land can be turned into Wilds or Locked Wilds. The Free Drops bonus game activates with three or more bonus symbols and can award a set number of drops, while the optional X-iter mode offers alternative starting bets and bonus entry options.
This demo version allows players to play for free and practice before playing for real money. Tropicool 2 is listed as a medium-high volatility slot with a maximum payout of 25,000x the bet and a 94% RTP.
