Purple Pills is a slot game from Mascot Gaming released in July 2019. It uses a 5x3 layout with 10 paylines and medium volatility. The RTP is listed at 96.1%, with bet sizes from 0.1 to 50. The game can be opened in a demo version, allowing players to play for free and practice before playing for real money.
The main mechanic is both-way pays, where winning combinations can be counted from left to right and from right to left on each row. The slot also includes expanding wilds, which spread across an entire reel to help complete larger combinations. When an expanding wild lands, it can activate a free respin feature.
During the respin sequence, wilds become sticky and remain in place while new wilds may extend the feature further. The cycle continues as long as additional wilds appear on the screen, giving the game its central bonus round structure. For players searching for Purple Pills slot play for free, the demo version shows these rules clearly before any real-money play.
