The Book of Amaterasu is a 5-reel, 3-row slot from Mascot Gaming with 10 paylines and high volatility. The game is set around a free games format, with a random symbol turning Special during the Free Spins series and paying according to Scatter rules alongside regular wins.
One feature is the Mystery Symbol, described as a two-in-one symbol that can replace any symbol and form a Scatter combination on the screen. The slot also includes Additional Free Spins, which may be triggered again when the relevant combinations land during play.
Players can use the demo version to play for free and practice before playing for real money. The machine also includes Risk and Buy options: Risk can exchange a win for a Free Spins series with the Special Expanding Symbol, while Buy allows non-winning bets to purchase that bonus round directly.
