Flames of Egypt by Merkur Gaming is a 5-reel, 20-line slot with a high-volatility format and an RTP of 95.96%. Set in an Egyptian theme, the game includes a base round, Wild symbols, and a free games feature built around scattered golden bugs. The demo version is available for players who want to play for free and practice before playing for real money.
The Egyptian Queen acts as the Wild symbol and substitutes for all symbols except the golden bug. When the Wild forms part of a winning combination, the win is multiplied, with the award rising to 2x for two substituting symbols, 4x for three, and 8x or 16x for larger combinations. This structure gives the slot a clear focus on symbol matching and multiplier-driven wins.
Three scattered golden bugs trigger 10 free games with super spins. During free games, any winning line combination locks the matching symbols in place, and the reels respin while the total win increases. The game allows bets from 0.05 to 10, making the Flames of Egypt slot accessible for different staking levels.
