Miner Donkey Trouble is a Play'n GO grid slot released on 14 January 2021, built on a 5x7 cascading layout with an animal theme. Wins are formed by clusters of 5 or more adjacent matching symbols, after which winning tiles are removed and new symbols fall into place. The game is listed with high volatility and an RTP range of 84.24% to 96.27%.
Several features shape the round flow. GOLDEN NUGGET symbols do not create wins, but collecting them from the bottom row increases a multiplier that applies to later clusters. The DONKEY DESTRUCTION feature appears in three tiers, clearing rocks, then gems and rocks, or all symbols except GOLDEN NUGGETS. MINER'S PICKAXE can queue PICKAXE WILD, adding 4 to 10 DIAMOND WILDS that substitute for gem and rock symbols. RANDOM MEGA SYMBOL and DYNAMITE SCATTER features can also trigger during play.
Three DYNAMITE SCATTERS in one round award 5 free spins, with retriggers possible up to 20 free spins. Because the demo version is available, players can play for free and practice before playing for real money while observing how the multiplier, wilds and bonus rounds interact on the 5x7 grid.
